The suite was comfortable, but the patio railing felt unsafe.

The outdoor pool was fantastic, kept a great temperature. Enjoyed the spacious room with nice amenities. Staff were friendly, especially at the restaurant. Breakfast offerings were delicious and well-prepared. However, my room wasn't clean upon arrival. There were issues with dog hair and unclean dishes. The check-in process was a bit chaotic since my room wasn't ready on time. The restaurant did lack some organization during meal times and our order was incorrect once. I expected more attention to cleanliness for the price I paid. It would be great to see improvements in room cleaning schedules. Overall, the resort has potential but needs to stay on top of housekeeping.

The restaurant offered a great variety of meals and the on-site facilities were quite nice. We appreciated the secure free parking and the proximity to town made exploring easy. The mountain view from our room was breathtaking! !

The location was serene, surrounded by trees, which made it feel like a peaceful retreat. Staff were consistently friendly and assisted with everything we needed. Dining experiences were enjoyable at both the restaurant and clubhouse, with sweet biscuits being a delightful highlight. However, the pillows were too soft for my preference, and the noise from neighboring rooms was sometimes disruptive. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall ambiance and service made for a memorable stay.
